Levi Smith joined Higher Commercial in 2025 after completing his Electrical Engineering degree in 2024. His technical background and sharp problem-solving skills make him a valuable asset to our Facilities Management team.

Levi brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to facility and asset management, seamlessly combining logical thinking with hands-on technical know-how. He works closely with our Commercial Property Managers to troubleshoot issues, plan ahead, and implement effective maintenance and capital expenditure programs.
